Elevate Your Business with Strategic Insight
"Strategy is not about predicting the future, it's about preparing for it" - Rita McGrath
Finding the time and resource to think strategically about your business can be challenging. You may be asking yourself:
-
How do I structure my thinking?
-
How can I decipher what's REALLY going on in the market?
-
How do I decide on which strategic options to pursue?
No wonder over half of small businesses have no formal marketing strategy in place.
EHW Consulting: Your Growth Partner
I provide clients with evidence-based market insights that help guide strategic decision making. My aim is to bring clarity and a constructive challenge to internal thinking. The result - an accelerated route plan for growth, setting a compelling direction for your future - and one that fully leverages your capabilities and evolving marketplace opportunities.
EHW Consulting's logo references the phrase "Mighty oaks from little acorns grow". Great things really do come from small beginnings! The arrows that represent the tree's branches signify the strategic choices that businesses must make to secure their future growth.
Why Businesses Struggle with Strategy
Commitment: It’s not easy to allocate enough time to think clearly about the future when day-to-day problems dominate.
Complexity: Diagnosing and making sense of fast-changing industry dynamics is challenging and understanding their full implications can be daunting.
Clarity: It’s hard to see what’s really happening through your own organisational lens, and often, it’s too late when you do.
Creativity: Smaller organisations struggle to generate innovative ideas alone; they need a ‘sparring partner’ to think outside the box.
Communication: Workforces often don’t understand or buy into the management's direction. What’s clear to you might not be clear to others.
Cost: Mainstream consultants are often unaffordable, and dedicated in-house support tends to be an expensive luxury.
The Benefits of a Well-Defined Strategy
